Early Childhood Professional Development FrameworkWhen you apply to The Registry you will be placed at a level on the professional development framework. The framework is intended to promote professional development for early care and education practitioners by providing a career ladder for recording and recognizing training and educational accomplishments. The framework covers eight levels of career development based on training and education. Any individual developing a plan for professional growth in early care and education can chart a course on the framework. ECE Framework The SEED registry Early Childhood Professional Development Framework is currently being revised. For all applicants, the levels help you chart a course on the framework for your professional development.
